Let's Beautify Jackson

Join us for the first annual Keep Jackson Beautiful High School Challenge. This citywide initiative aims to empower high school students to lead beautification and cleanup efforts in their communities.

Student leaders from each high school will form teams to clean and beautify specific areas within their ward, engaging peers, families, local businesses, churches, and organizations to support their efforts. 

The school with the most impactful results—measured by volunteer participation, garbage collected, and streets cleaned—will be honored with a floating trophy at our Kickoff of Keep Jackson Beautiful Month April 1st. We plan to make this an annual event that unites our city and inspires ongoing community service.

Our goal is to foster collaboration, pride, and civic responsibility among Jackson’s youth while improving the city we all love. We are currently working on logistics, creating marketing materials, and securing additional sponsors and partners to provide equipment and supplies for these efforts.
